1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") apply to all orders placed on the equidirecthorse.com website operated by Equidirect SARLs, established in Luxembourg, registered under number B248652, VAT:LU32607366.
2. Products and services
The essential characteristics of the products are described on the site. Photographs have no contractual value. The company reserves the right to modify the product range at any time.
The products for sale on this site are intended for the comfort and well-being of horses and ponies only. Food supplements are a beneficial nutritional contribution and are not medicines. We recommend that you always seek the advice of your veterinarian before use. The products do not in any way replace the care of a health professional (e.g. veterinarian). It is also important to refer to the information on the product packaging, particularly with regard to composition and dosage.
3. Control
Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. The customer receives a confirmation email as soon as the order is validated.
4. Awards
Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT) and exclusive of delivery charges. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is validated.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card, bank transfer or any other means offered on the site.
Several payment methods are available: Carte Bleue Eurocard, MasterCard and American Express, via Stripe as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Product offers are subject to availability.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery times are indicative and may vary according to destination. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
We take no responsibility for the delay of the Post and the carrier. Exceeding delivery times cannot give rise to damages.
EQUIDIRECT SARL declines all liability for late delivery or failure to deliver in the event of force majeure or an event beyond its control, which renders performance of the agreement impossible or more onerous in whole or in part, or in the event of the actions of third parties, such as suppliers of the parties hereto, subcontractors, agents and representatives, or in the event of the customer's failure to meet its commitments, war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of obtaining supplies are considered to be cases of force majeure discharging the seller from its obligation to deliver. The seller will inform the purchaser in good time of the cases or events listed above.
In any case, on-time delivery is only possible if the buyer is up to date with his obligations towards the seller.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Luxembourg law, the consumer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalty. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
8. Claims and warranty
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer may send a complaint to equidirect@hotmail.com. The product may be replaced, repaired or reimbursed, as appropriate. The legal warranty applies in accordance with the Luxembourg Consumer Code.

10. Intellectual property

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the Luxembourg courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
The parties shall use their best endeavours to settle any disputes relating to these terms and conditions of sale amicably. All complaints must be sent in writing to EQUIDIRECT SARL, no verbal complaints will be accepted.
12. MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
EQUIDIRECT SARL reserves the right to adapt or modify the present terms and conditions of sale at any time. The new terms and conditions will only apply to sales made after the modification.
