3. Order
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The customer will receive a confirmation email as soon as the order is confirmed.
4. Price
Prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method offered on the website.
Several payment methods are available: Carte Bleue, Eurocard, MasterCard, and American Express, via Stripe, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination. The seller cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
We assume no responsibility for delays on the part of the postal service or the carrier. Delays in delivery do not give rise to any right to damages.
EQUIDIRECT SARL disclaims all liability for delays in delivery or failure to deliver in the event of force majeure or any event beyond its control that would render the performance of the agreement impossible or more onerous, in whole or in part, or in the event of acts by third parties, such as the suppliers of the parties hereto, subcontractors, agents, and representatives, or, failing that, the customer’s failure to fulfill its obligations, are considered cases of force majeure that release the seller from its obligation to deliver, including war, riots, fire, strikes, accidents, and the inability to obtain supplies. The seller shall keep the buyer informed in a timely manner of the cases or events listed above.
In any case, on-time delivery is possible only if the buyer is up to date with its obligations to the seller.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Luxembourg law, the consumer has14 daysfrom the date of receipt of the item to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Claims and Warranty
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer may submit a complaint to equidirect@hotmail.com. The product may be replaced, repaired, or refunded, as appropriate. The statutory warranty applies in accordance with the Luxembourg Consumer Code.
